I met this beautiful mom through a local moms board and I reached out to her when I found out that she was pregnant and had hyperemesis. Having lived through three hyperemesis pregnancies, I knew exactly where she was coming from. Unless you have walked in those shoes, nobody can prepare you for the emotional and physical toll that this disease can have on you. It is relenting. But, lucky for us, hyperemesis also produces some beautiful babies, if I do say so myself. So, if you ask me, I would say that 9 months of agonizing torture was completely worth it!
